The role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates in the US or EMEA, excluding France and Australia. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of infrastructure technology and developer tooling, focusing on how we position our products to technical audiences. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our ecosystem by crafting narratives that resonate with engineers and product managers who are building the next generation of decentralized applications.

Core responsibilities

• Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop a deep understanding of our technical personas to craft accurate, compelling narratives for our rollup technology and developer tools.
• Go-to-Market Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive strategies for new product releases, protocol upgrades, and ecosystem features.
• Content Creation and Enablement: Partner with engineering and product teams to produce high-impact technical collateral, including blog posts, solution briefs, and documentation, while equipping our internal teams to articulate our value proposition effectively.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in technical marketing, product marketing, or solutions engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of professional experience, ideally within the crypto, cloud, or infrastructure sectors.
• A solid grasp of Ethereum fundamentals, L2 scaling solutions, and common developer tooling.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messaging for technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus points for active participation in the Ethereum ecosystem or experience with developer stacks like Foundry, Hardhat, or Etherscan.

Compensation and benefits

For candidates based in the United States, the salary range for this position is $102,000 to $144,000 USD, depending on your specific skills and experience.
