What you bring

As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will work in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and design of our voice AI products, ensuring that our APIs and interfaces remain the industry standard for accuracy and performance. Your role will be foundational, as you will work closely with our research and engineering teams to turn complex machine learning innovations into accessible, high-impact features.

• Lead the end-to-end development of voice AI technologies, with a specific focus on real-time streaming capabilities.
• Partner with research scientists to guide the development of new speech models and translate those breakthroughs into tangible product features.
• Design and iterate on developer-focused APIs that make sophisticated voice technology simple and powerful for our users.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a unique blend of technical depth and product intuition. You should have at least four years of experience managing technical products, specifically those involving APIs or developer platforms. A strong grasp of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical goals to cross-functional teams. We value individuals who act like founders, navigating ambiguity with confidence and using data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with speech recognition, NLP, or enterprise-level technical integrations will set you apart as an ideal candidate.

What we offer

We are committed to compensating our team members fairly for their expertise and impact. For this role, we offer a base salary range of USD $180,000 to $220,000, in addition to variable compensation and equity, regardless of your physical location. We believe in supporting our employees with a flexible work environment that prioritizes results and collaboration.
