Job Summary:

As a Technical Marketing Manager at Morse Micro, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to educate, engage, and drive adoption of our cutting-edge wireless technologies across a diverse range of target audiences, including engineers, developers, and product managers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure that our technical solutions are effectively communicated and seamlessly integrated into customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development:
• Create a compelling and informative technical content portfolio that effectively highlights the features and benefits of our products and technology
• Craft a diverse range of content types, including white papers, case studies, and video scripts, that cater to various technical audiences
• Technical Communication Expertise:
• Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Adapt technical content to suit various marketing channels and platforms, including websites, social media,and industry publications
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Analyze competitor activities, identify potential threats and opportunities, and develop strategies to differentiate our products and offerings
• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including product briefs, and case studies, that effectively communicate our unique value proposition
• Marketing Collaboration and Campaign Execution:
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that effectively reach our target audience
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, engaging with potential customers and showcasing our innovative solutions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with business experience
• Technical Marketing Manager with 8+ years experience with at least 4+ years relevant semiconductor industry experience
• Proven experience in a technical marketing role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with technical writing and presentation skills

• Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and its key players
