The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our R&D efforts and our global customer base. Your mission is to ensure that every developer who interacts with our products has a world-class experience, from their first encounter with our demos to the final stages of their product development. You will play a vital role in shaping our technical resources, refining our documentation, and acting as a key advocate for our users within the company.

A day in the life

• You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation and demonstrations that help our customers succeed faster.
• You will actively engage with our community through support channels, using those insights to update our resources and scale our self-service support experience.
• You will collaborate closely with our Product Management and R&D teams to provide feedback on our offerings and help create excitement around new technology releases.

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in engineering and a passion for clear communication. You have a degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Because our internal processes and documentation are conducted in English, you possess excellent written and verbal skills in that language. You are comfortable working on-site at our Campinas office at least four days a week, and you bring the following technical expertise to the table:

• Strong proficiency in Linux, including experience with development environments and ideally Yocto.
• Solid programming skills in C/C++ and Python, along with experience in Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• The ability to read schematics and a working knowledge of hardware interfaces like GPIO, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• A proactive mindset that enjoys solving novel problems and learning new technologies.
