What you bring

We are seeking a Technical Lead Manager to join our team in India on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a principal investigator, bridging the gap between advanced AI research and practical, real-world applications. You will balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities to drive innovation across our platform. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading advanced AI research and innovation, including owning the cost of serving models and running proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions and align technical tasks with business goals.
• Mentoring and guiding our AI team by breaking down complex problems and fostering a culture of autonomy and excellence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in AI research and a proven track record of building applications powered by Large Language Models. You should possess a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the humility to work effectively across different teams. We value individuals who thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments and are eager to take on leadership responsibilities while remaining technically hands-on. Proficiency in English is required, and experience managing annotation teams is considered a significant bonus.
