Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. We are seeking a proactive professional who is comfortable navigating both the technical and business sides of product development to drive our most critical research and development initiatives forward.

Your impact

• Lead market assessments and strategic planning by applying frameworks like Disciplined Entrepreneurship to identify and capture new opportunities.
• Serve as a bridge between our research and engineering teams by translating experimental findings and business needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Accelerate our development cycles by utilizing coding skills and generative AI tools to automate documentation, streamline prototyping, and manage our cloud architecture on AWS.

What you'll need

We are looking for a candidate who speaks both the language of business and the language of technology. You should be a U.S. citizen, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience as a business analyst, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
• Proficiency in Python or C# to support automation and technical prototyping.
• Hands-on experience with LLM and generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• A strong grasp of AWS cloud architecture, security protocols, and auditing practices.
• Experience working with Lean or Agile methodologies to manage product lifecycles.
• Background knowledge in medical devices, agriculture, or hyperspectral technologies is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage marketing collateral and social media initiatives.
