What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a vital extension of both our brand and our clients' brands, sourcing top-tier talent to drive success in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and Web3. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to secure high-impact talent for our partners.
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep interest in the AI and Web3 landscapes and stay well-informed about industry trends. We are looking for someone with a background in fast-paced, demanding recruitment environments, particularly those involving internal or onsite hiring for modern tech firms. You should be comfortable managing technical searches for roles such as Software Engineering or Product. Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a remote work setting. We value candidates who are conscientious, hardworking, and highly driven to achieve results. Proficiency in English is required.
