What is this role?
We are looking for a Symbolic Resources Team Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a managerial position that requires a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration. You will report to the VP of Clinical Operations and take charge of developing innovative clinical models and value lists. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex clinical modeling and high-quality, compliant AI systems.
What will you do?

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, product, and AI units, to translate raw data into actionable insights and drive product quality.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of ontologies while applying symbolic reasoning to enhance our decision-support systems and predictive models.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a strong background in healthcare and data. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A baccalaureate degree in a relevant field like medicine or pharmacy, with a postgraduate degree or research experience being a plus.
- Deep understanding of statistics, epidemiological benchmarking, and the fundamentals of oncology practice and electronic health records.
- Experience working with HIPAA-compliant technology.
- Proficiency in SQL, Office 365, and Google Suite.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, paired with the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English.
