Supply Visual Assets Team Lead at Printify

The role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Visual Assets Team Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our design leads, both in-house and outsourced, to ensure our visual assets scale effectively. We need a strategic thinker who can foster innovation, develop team capabilities, and ensure our design projects are executed with excellence.

Core responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of design leads, providing the support and professional development necessary to foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of design projects, ensuring that all outputs are high-quality, delivered on time, and managed within budget.
• Drive the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies across the design organization to improve workflow efficiency and team accountability.

Skills and experience

• At least 7 years of professional experience, with a background in full-service creative agencies and a minimum of 2 years in a management capacity.
• Deep expertise in visual asset development, brand consistency, and the application of design software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, including the ability to train others on these frameworks.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to define and monitor performance KPIs.
• Fluency in English.
