The Role
As Supply Visual Assets Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the designers leads both in-house and through outsourcing to ensure the successful upscale and flexibility of the Visual Assets team by developing and driving strategic initiatives in line with the company goals. This role will focus on developing team capabilities, fostering innovation, and ensuring design projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design team management, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a passion for leading and mentoring design professionals
