We are looking for a Supply Visual Assets Team Lead to join our team of over 500 people. What you'll be doing
- Guide and mentor both in-house and outsourced design leads to ensure the successful scaling and flexibility of our visual assets department.
- Implement and champion Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows, improve project efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess team effectiveness, drive accountability, and ensure all design outputs align with our broader strategic business goals.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should be a collaborative professional with a deep passion for design and team development. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including time spent in full-service creative agencies.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing and mentoring design teams.
- Strong expertise in project management, design software, and brand consistency.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems while making decisive, strategic choices.
- Fluency in English.
