Welcome to Presidents Summit. We are the team behind Northern Europe's leading business conference, where we bring together over 4,000 global leaders and 25 top international speakers to foster growth, networking, and knowledge sharing. Every year, we strive to deliver groundbreaking insights and unique experiences that leave a lasting impact on our community of entrepreneurs and decision-makers. We are currently looking for a motivated student to join our team and help us set the standard for future business events.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our team in Denmark. This is a part-time position designed for a student who has at least one year of their education remaining. You will work on-site at our office, typically for about 15 hours per week, with a schedule that we can coordinate to fit your studies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of practical and administrative tasks and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Manage our digital presence by creating and publishing content for our website and various social media channels.
- Support our visual branding efforts by producing high-quality graphic design materials.
- Handle essential administrative and coordination tasks, such as organizing meetings, conducting research, gathering data, and assisting with the planning and execution of our events.
What makes you a great fit?
To thrive in this role, you should be an organized and responsible individual who enjoys building relationships. We value candidates who are comfortable working on both large projects and smaller, ad-hoc tasks. Your profile should include the following:
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program with at least one year left of your studies.
- Proven experience with social media communication.
- Strong proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel on a Windows PC.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a natural talent for structure and order.
What's in it for you?
By joining us, you will become a central part of the team responsible for a major international conference. You will gain valuable experience in event coordination, marketing, and professional communication while working in a flexible environment that respects your academic commitments. If you are ready to contribute to our mission and help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and partners, we look forward to receiving your application. We review candidates on an ongoing basis, so please reach out to our Head of Commercial and Operations, Silas Storgaard, at +45 31 31 95 63 if you have any questions about the role.
