Student Assistant - Marketing and Communication at Presidents Summit

We are currently looking for a motivated student to join our team and help us set the standard for future business events.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our team in Denmark. This is a part-time position designed for a student who has at least one year of their education remaining. You will work on-site at our office, typically for about 15 hours per week, with a schedule that we can coordinate to fit your studies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of practical and administrative tasks and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Manage our digital presence by creating and publishing content for our website and various social media channels.
• Support our visual branding efforts by producing high-quality graphic design materials.
• Handle essential administrative and coordination tasks, such as organizing meetings, conducting research, gathering data, and assisting with the planning and execution of our events.

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program with at least one year left of your studies.
• Proven experience with social media communication.
• Strong proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel on a Windows PC.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a natural talent for structure and order.
