What you bring
As a Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and product roadmap. This full-time, mid-level position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work environment. You will report to the Director of Marketing and Business Operations while collaborating closely with our executive leadership. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating pitch materials and presentations for potential partners across the pharma, provider, and payer landscapes.
- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform our strategic plans.
- Leading the development of marketing collateral and company messaging for conferences, media relations, and clinical marketing initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is mission-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You should have two to five years of experience in healthcare strategy, ideally within consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a healthcare provider organization. An MBA is preferred. You must be highly analytical with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel. We value individuals who are self-starters, possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive projects to completion. Proficiency in English is required.
