About the Role
We are seeking a Strategy Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior role, you will be a key driver in shaping our commercial strategy and product roadmap for our heart failure management platforms. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Operations and collaborate closely with our executive leadership. This position offers a unique vantage point across our business, allowing you to lead critical initiatives that define our future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling business cases and P&L forecasts to support our targeted product applications.
- Lead primary and secondary market research, conduct competitive analysis, and partner with consultants to uncover new market opportunities and refine our strategic marketing plans.
- Act as the voice-of-customer by synthesizing insights from physicians, payers, and business partners to directly influence our product development roadmap.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy, with a background in consulting, investment banking, equity research, or work within a healthcare payer or provider organization.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation development.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of performing complex analyses and executing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, specifically regarding leading engagements with external stakeholders.
- A self-starting mindset and the ability to own complex projects from conception to completion.
- A deep passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a tangible impact through new technology.
- An MBA is preferred for this position.
Location
This position is based in the Chicago, IL area and follows a hybrid work model. Please note that this role may require 10% to 20% travel.
