At Ledgy, our mission is to transform Europe into a hub for entrepreneurship by providing a modern, technology-driven platform for equity management and financial reporting. Since our founding in Switzerland in 2017, we have grown into a global team representing 26 countries. We are backed by world-class investors, including New Enterprise Associates and Sequoia, and we are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom where you will help us become the premier provider for European IPOs and share-based payment reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our leadership team, including the CEO and Head of Sales, to design and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on advisory firms.
- Identify and cultivate high-value relationships across the European equity incentive ecosystem to build a scalable channel for new business segments.
- Utilize data analysis and market research to evaluate partnership performance and inform our product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a lead role with a strong professional network within the tax advisory and equity incentive sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and the ability to analyze complex financial data to drive decision-making.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, hybrid work environment.
