About the Role
2025 is an exciting year for AlignRT, with multiple product launches ahead. As Brand Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping brand strategy, driving impact, and maximizing AlignRT’s value for Vision RT, cancer patients, and healthcare professionals.
You will identify opportunities, set direction, and take action across areas such as market research, pricing, sales support, training, and product lifecycle management. Success in this role depends on your ability to influence, lead, and execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
The AlignRT brand manager is a critical leader within Vision RT. This person is looked to by the whole organisation to set brand direction, knowing and sharing the critical brand details (technical clinical, competitor etc), for the most important and complex product in the company.The brand manager’s mission is to work within our company values to do whatever it takes to maximise the value of AlignRT for Vision RT, cancer patients and the healthcare staff we serve. This means identifying opportunities, taking initiative, setting direction, monitoring progress, predicting issues and correcting course.The scope is as broad as Vision RT’s activities, influencing in many areas and directly contributing especially in a few, for example market research / promotion / pricing / managing influencers/sales force support/analytics/profitability/quality monitoring/ training / clinical research/communications/reimbursement / public relations / professional society liaison / competitive intelligence gathering / legal concerns/product launch/lifecycle management and much more.The success of a brand manager is down to knowing what needs to be done, persuading others to support this, and following actions through to impact.Essential Skills & Experience
