What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position where you will drive new revenue by introducing our patented Voice AI technology to new customers. We operate with an AI-first mindset, so you should be comfortable integrating advanced tools into your daily workflow and adapting quickly to the rapid pace of our industry.

What will you do?

  • Take ownership of your sales pipeline by self-prospecting for new logos while collaborating with our marketing and partner teams to generate high-quality meetings.
  • Deeply understand the competitive landscape and our technical product suite to effectively articulate the value of our STT, TTS, and voice agent solutions to prospective clients.
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales engineers and customer success managers, to manage complex deal cycles, drive expansion opportunities, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Extensive experience in a technical, full-cycle sales role, specifically managing complex enterprise or strategic deal cycles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, combined with the empathy required to truly understand customer needs.
  • A highly organized approach to managing multiple opportunities, with a demonstrated ability to execute a repeatable sales process.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, such as Challenger or Triangle, is considered a significant plus.
  • A genuine passion for AI technology and a desire to work in an environment where you can experiment with new models and workflows.
