What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior State Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere, though you will be required to travel regularly within Western Australia and occasionally to South Australia. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing key vendor relationships to expand our market presence.

What will you do?

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed our revenue targets.
• Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with both new and existing vendors.
• Collaborate closely with our internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure we are effectively managing growth and retaining our partners.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a results-driven professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management. You possess strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of sales processes, including negotiation and pipeline management. Because we are an AI-first business, you must be comfortable using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to research, analyze, and solve problems in your daily workflow. Proficiency in English is required, and experience within the finance, solar, or electrical industries is considered a significant advantage.
