What you bring
As a Staff or Principal Product Manager on our database team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the next generation of our vector database capabilities. This full-time, remote position requires a deep technical background and a passion for solving complex challenges in the AI landscape. You will take ownership of our product roadmap while working alongside our engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and search quality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of core database features from initial concept through to final launch.
- Partnering with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our product messaging and go-to-market strategies are perfectly aligned.
- Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify new opportunities for innovation and to prioritize our product requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong data-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment. You should have at least 7 years of experience in product management for technical products, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on SaaS or cloud infrastructure. A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, and we highly value candidates who have a genuine passion for databases or search technologies. Proficiency in English is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex strategies to company leadership effectively.
