With more than 500,000 users across 130 countries, our solutions are essential to professionals worldwide. We are currently looking for a Staff UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in our Toronto office at 351 King St E, where you will help shape the future of our cloud-based financial reporting and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end user experience for complex, high-impact projects by collaborating across product, engineering, and design teams.
- Develop intuitive wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while championing design best practices and the evolution of our design system.
- Conduct meaningful user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our global customers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with tools like Figma.
- Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment.
