Role at a glance

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a lead-level position designed for an experienced engineer who is ready to architect the backbone of our AI solutions and drive innovation across our entire platform.

Your impact

• Lead the backend integration of advanced LLM architectures, including RAG and agent-based systems, to power our SaaS applications and developer tools.
• Design large-scale graph-based data structures that provide the necessary context for our AI applications to function with high performance and scalability.
• Build an intelligent SQL ecosystem by developing engines for query optimization, data lineage tracking, and dynamic pipeline generation.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned engineer with a deep technical background and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Over 10 years of experience developing Python-based web application backends and managing the infrastructure that supports them.
• Extensive expertise in building scalable microservices, APIs, and robust backend systems.
• A strong command of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, alongside deep knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate effectively within our team.
• A strong grasp of SQL, including performance tuning and query profiling, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with FastAPI and AI concepts, specifically Large Language Models, will help you hit the ground running.
