What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology as we continue to innovate within the construction and AI sectors. Your work will involve utilizing our core stack, including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Architecting and implementing scalable full-stack solutions that directly address the needs of our users.
• Developing intuitive, responsive interfaces and optimizing server-side components to ensure a seamless platform experience.
• Providing technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and contributing to high-level system architecture decisions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses extensive professional experience in full-stack development, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. You should be highly proficient in our specific technology stack and demonstrate a proven ability to own complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
