Our universal shopper network connects millions of customers with top merchants like Saks OFF 5TH, Revolve, and Casper, and we are looking for a Staff Product Designer to help us continue revolutionizing the ecommerce landscape from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams including engineering, product, marketing, and support to address the needs of both shoppers and merchants.
- Refine our existing product suite while identifying and defining new opportunities for the company.
- Work closely with product managers to uncover user needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Lead user research initiatives and translate your findings into clear insights for the broader product team.
- Craft elegant product flows and develop prototypes to validate your design solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of quality by participating in design critiques and providing constructive feedback.
- Advocate for the impact of design and partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Apply systems thinking to solve complex design challenges at scale.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product design.
- Expertise in Figma, specifically using features like Auto Layout, component variants, interactive components, and design tokens.
- Strong background in design systems and a commitment to structuring files that align closely with code.
- Experience incorporating motion graphics and vector animations into your work.
- A business-minded approach with a solid foundation in both visual design and user experience.
- The ability to take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and navigate them independently.
- Proven track record of contributing to product strategy alongside product managers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear artifacts like diagrams, specs, and presentations.
- A strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and the web rendering layer to facilitate smooth collaboration with developers.
- Fluency in English.

The estimated cash compensation for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 USD, in addition to equity.
