Role at a glance
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Core Native team. This is a full-time, senior-level position based in our San Francisco office, operating on a hybrid schedule. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our mobile study experiences for over 60 million monthly active users.
Your impact
- Lead the discovery and execution of complex design solutions across our iOS and Android applications.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy, influence roadmaps, and uphold high standards for interaction and visual design.
- Mentor fellow designers and champion the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and excellence across all native platforms.
What you'll need
You should have at least 8 years of experience designing consumer applications with a focus on native mobile environments. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading ambiguous projects from initial concept to final delivery. You should be an expert in UI, interaction design, and prototyping, and you must be comfortable using data to inform your design decisions. Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring others are essential for this role, as is the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Perks and compensation
The starting base salary for this role is $185,000 to $215,000, depending on your experience and location, plus company stock options. Our benefits package includes:
