Your Role
This is a fast-paced role with extensive growth potential for a world-class ML leader to build a team tackling the hardest ML challenges in a startup environment. You will lead our core ML team, ship product yourself, and work closely with our leadership, partners, and customers architect our AI roadmap.
For this role, you must have extensive experience building production AI products. On any given day, you may be working on end to end delivery of new ML features alongside product and full-stack engineering, refactoring our current ML tooling layer to support new product needs, or shaping our company AI strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Build ML products and solve challenges that unlock truly agentic flows in recruiting, from prototyping and experimentation with LLMs and self-hosted models to incorporating and maintaining existing and new ML systems.
-Help shape our technical MLOps stack to meet our ML and product needs.
-Write production ready code with speed, cost, and usability in mind.
-Stay close to the ground and hands on keyboard. No task is too small, whether it’s fixing unit tests or curating datasets.
Skills & Qualifications
-A Masters+ in ML (or equivalent domain experience) and 4+ years of work experience building ML systems directly powering customer experiences, or equivalent ML experience.
-Deep understanding of the rapidly evolving AI world and ability to architect AI and product vision
-Extensive experience building complex machine learning systems.
-Ability to take a high-level goal and achieve a shippable solution.
-Strong product sense.

- The minimum and maximum salary for this position is $150,000 to $200,000+ in the US;
- This position is eligible for significant equity
