What will you do?
- Develop and deploy machine learning products that enable agentic workflows in recruiting, ranging from initial prototyping with LLMs to maintaining robust production systems.
- Refine and evolve our technical MLOps stack to ensure it meets our growing product requirements and performance needs.
- Write high-quality, production-ready code while balancing speed, cost, and usability, staying hands-on with everything from dataset curation to system architecture.

- A deep understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and the ability to translate high-level goals into shippable, effective solutions.
- Strong product sense and extensive experience managing complex machine learning architectures.
- Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, distributed team.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive environment designed to help you thrive. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000+ for applicants based in the United States.
In addition to your salary, you will receive:
- Significant equity compensation.

- Access to a 401k retirement plan.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
