We are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our fully remote team and help us redefine the future of work.

Key outcomes

• Develop and ship machine learning products that enable agentic workflows within the recruiting space, ranging from initial prototyping with LLMs to maintaining robust production systems.
• Design and refine our MLOps stack to ensure it effectively supports our evolving product requirements.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code while balancing considerations for speed, cost, and user experience.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to engineering, contributing to everything from dataset curation to core infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and customers to architect our long-term AI roadmap and product strategy.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Machine Learning or equivalent domain expertise.
• At least 4 years of professional experience building machine learning systems that directly power customer-facing products.
• A deep understanding of the current AI landscape and the ability to translate high-level goals into shippable technical solutions.
• Proven experience in architecting complex machine learning systems and a strong sense of product development.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Compensation

The salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $200,000+. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for significant equity compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
