What is this role?

We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a lead-level position designed for someone who wants to shape the user experience of our AI products. You will be instrumental in scaling our platform, specifically focusing on the two-sided ecosystem where creators and users come together to build the characters and experiences that define our service.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to design innovative, user-centered solutions that improve our AI entertainment offerings.
• Lead our data science efforts by establishing the necessary tools and systems to work effectively as we continue to scale.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable strategies and partner directly with engineering teams to execute those improvements.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in English and possess a deep passion for the possibilities of AI. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in data science leadership, ideally at companies focused on chat, social media, or user-generated content products.
• Strong intuition for identifying the right questions to ask and a proven ability to drive toward key insights quickly.
• A background in ecosystems data science or experience working with B2C and C2C marketplaces.
• A proactive approach to high-velocity experimentation and a desire to build foundational data infrastructure.
