About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Content Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for defining the consumer and community experience through strategic content and design. You will craft language and systems that make our autonomous vehicle technology accessible and trustworthy for non-technical audiences, playing a key role in shaping our product roadmaps and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and UX writing across various product initiatives to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Lead strategic, systems-level projects that focus on content creation and design culture to support our broader company goals.
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in Engineering, Product, and Design to align content with user needs and maintain a unified development environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in content design, UX writing, or a related discipline, ideally within a consumer-focused technology company. You must have a deep understanding of user experience principles and product development processes. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and project management skills who is comfortable working in an agile environment. Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Jira is essential, as is the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that builds trust with our users.

Compensation and Benefits
