What is this role?
We are looking for a Staff ASIC Digital Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a senior-level position designed for someone who is ready to lead complex projects, mentor our junior staff, and refine our internal design methodologies.
What will you do?
- You will take the lead on RTL design for subsystems within our MCU SoCs to ensure they hit the mark on power, performance, and area goals.
- You will manage the delivery of subsystem views to our design verification and back-end teams while supporting overall SoC integration.
- You will own the quality checks for your blocks and provide essential support for functional verification to ensure everything works exactly as intended.

- Deep knowledge of micro-architecture design, high-level digital design, and RTL coding.
- Proven experience in taking ownership of complex IP or subsystem designs within an ASIC environment.
- Proficiency in using RTL quality check tools, specifically Spyglass CDC and RDC.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with system architects and software engineers to define project specifications.
- Fluency in English to ensure clear communication across our cross-functional teams.
