At Smartcar, we are dedicated to simplifying how apps and services securely connect to vehicles. Since our founding in 2015, we have raised 36 million dollars from investors like Andreessen Horowitz and New Enterprise Associates to build the leading developer platform for mobility businesses. We serve major customers such as Uber, Turo, and AutoNation, helping them manage everything from EV charging to digital car keys. We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our remote team and drive revenue growth through strategic market engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies that boost sales pipelines and accelerate deal cycles.
- Lead marketing efforts for key sectors, including EV charging networks, energy and utilities, and auto insurance.
- Develop clear product narratives and messaging that address the specific pain points of our target personas.
- Produce high-impact sales tools, such as ROI calculators, pitch decks, solution briefs, and competitive battle cards.
- Perform detailed market and competitive research to guide our product and sales direction.
- Oversee the launch of new API features, including pricing, branding, and packaging updates.
- Collaborate on broader marketing campaigns, including customer marketing, social media, and industry events.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of our marketing initiatives.
Must-haves
- 6 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a focus on revenue growth.
- A proven ability to partner with sales and technical teams to support consultative selling.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp complex product concepts.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English.

The base salary for this position is $125,000 to $170,000, plus a 7.5 percent variable component.
