Key outcomes

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with our core business objectives.
  • Translate complex technical features and benefits into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Produce persuasive marketing assets, including whitepapers, case studies, sales collateral, and presentations.
  • Define and refine customer personas to ensure our messaging resonates across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Partner with our demand generation team to lead effective go-to-market plans for product launches and promotions.
  • Equip our sales and enablement teams with the training and tools necessary to communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Stay current on industry developments and report on key findings from competitor events and market announcements.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS organization, ideally targeting enterprise customers.
  • A highly collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive audiences.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while turning abstract concepts into tangible, high-quality outputs.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with the flexibility to iterate as new information becomes available.
  • A self-starting attitude, with a willingness to become a deep subject matter expert on our entire product offering.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Availability for up to 10% travel.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience working with solutions that target HR buyers.
  • Experience managing customer journey solutions.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $150,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, and location. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
