Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada. You will be a vital part of our growth strategy, focusing specifically on our partnership with Amazon Web Services and other key strategic alliances.

Your impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and demand generation within the AWS ecosystem and other public marketplaces.
• Create compelling, persona-based messaging that highlights the joint value proposition of 1Password and our strategic partners.
• Lead the planning and execution of our presence at major industry events, including AWS re:Invent and AWS re:Inforce, while managing marketing budgets and partner-led campaigns.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing, ideally within the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
• A proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and a strong grasp of demand generation, field marketing, and event planning.
• Experience working with AWS or other hyperscalers is highly preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
