As we continue to grow our portfolio of PC, console, and mobile titles like Lies of P and Brown Dust 2, we need someone who can bridge the gap between our development teams and our passionate player base.

What you bring

In this Senior level, Full Time role, you will serve as the lead for our content marketing and community efforts across North America and Europe. You will work in a Remote capacity, engaging with fans while ensuring our brand voice remains both professional and authentically connected to the gaming community. Your core responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary voice of our production teams to the players, while simultaneously advocating for player needs by delivering detailed sentiment and feedback reports to our developers.
• Developing and executing comprehensive messaging strategies, including the conceptualization and production of high-quality viral videos and content for streaming platforms.
• Managing our presence across social media and community forums to foster growth, oversee moderation, and nurture a vibrant, supportive fandom for our games.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the video game industry. You should have a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem and a proven ability to manage community platforms like Discord and Reddit. We value strong analytical skills to track performance metrics, alongside exceptional written and oral communication abilities. A Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field is required. The ideal candidate is a highly conscientious gamer who is comfortable collaborating across different time zones and has a strong grasp of SEO and YouTube growth strategies.
