Key outcomes
- Design and deliver field marketing campaigns that set SheerID apart in the market and connect with the audiences that matter most to our growth.
- Plan and run industry events, webinars, and other programs so that every activity supports our product messaging and sales goals.
- Work side-by-side with Sales to monitor lead progress from initial contact through qualification and conversion, ensuring marketing programs produce measurable pipeline impact.
- Spot opportunities at events to strengthen customer relationships, gather stories, and advance our advocacy efforts.
- Contribute to the strategy and execution of our annual customer summit, coordinating across teams to create an experience that deepens customer loyalty.
- Evaluate new approaches, technologies, and trends that can improve the reach and effectiveness of our field marketing initiatives.
- Use performance data to refine event strategies, improve return on investment, and generate high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
- Oversee contracts and budget decisions so that spending aligns with revenue targets and company objectives.
- Build productive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners to support smooth program delivery.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of marketing experience, with a preference for time spent in software or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
- Proven skill in planning and executing events as well as account-based marketing programs.
- Strong organizational abilities and disciplined time management.
- Clear strength in project management and strategic planning, with a track record of using data to guide decisions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Asana; working knowledge of Slack, Marketo, and 6sense is expected.
- Willingness to travel up to twenty to thirty percent of the time.
- Fluency in English.
