We are now looking for a strategic marketer who can turn that momentum into pipeline and revenue across the East region of the Americas.
About the Role
Sr. Field Marketing Manager - East is a full-time, remote position. You will own the marketing strategy and day-to-day execution that drives leads, opportunities, and closed business for our East sales team, reporting to the Director of East and Federal Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the annual field-marketing plan for the East territory, blending digital programs, account-based marketing, partner initiatives, and events to hit regional pipeline and revenue targets.
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize demand-generation campaigns-including owned events, roadshows, webinars, and third-party conferences-while tracking performance against MQL and sales-accepted-opportunity goals.
- Partner daily with sales leadership, account executives, and sales-development teams to align priorities, enable reps with the latest messaging, and ensure fast, effective follow-up on every program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Seven or more years of field-marketing experience developing and running digital and event programs, plus at least five years building pipeline-generation initiatives.
- Hands-on proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce is required; familiarity with account-based marketing is a plus.
- Proven ability to set strategy, manage projects end-to-end, analyze results, and adjust tactics quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills; comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with product marketing, creative, partner marketing, and sales stakeholders.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those based in or near the Boston, New York City, or Washington, D.C. metro areas.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000 USD. In addition to base pay, employees receive equity compensation, eligibility for an annual bonus, and participation in our standard benefits programs, which include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
