The opportunity
We are seeking a Sr Director, Growth Marketing to lead our efforts in scaling our reach and impact. In this executive role, you will be the architect of our growth strategy, overseeing everything from paid search and direct mail to lifecycle marketing and content development. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships, ensuring that our marketing engine is finely tuned to hit our acquisition and conversion targets. This is a high-impact position for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and wants to help us make a tangible difference in our customers' financial health.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, affiliate, email, and paid media, while constantly testing new avenues to optimize our customer acquisition costs.
- You will lead and mentor an in-house team of 5-7 professionals and contractors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through creative testing and data-driven insights.
- You will collaborate closely with our product and sales teams to refine our customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing, ensuring that every touchpoint is personalized and effective at driving conversions.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with over 10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation, with at least 5 of those years spent in leadership roles, ideally within the fintech or financial services space. You possess a deep understanding of the modern marketing landscape, from marketing automation platforms to complex attribution modeling. You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into the details of a campaign as you are managing high-level stakeholder relationships. You hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and you are a clear, effective communicator who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
