Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in the states where we operate, with a preference for candidates near Chicago, Denver, or San Francisco. You will be expected to attend occasional in-person meetings at one of our office locations.
Your impact
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across channels like paid search, direct mail, email, and SEO to drive significant growth.
- Leverage consumer insights and advanced analytics to build lifecycle marketing programs that boost conversion rates across the entire funnel.
- Lead and mentor an in-house team of 5-7 professionals and external agency partners while collaborating closely with our Product and Sales departments.
What you'll need
We are looking for a strategic thinker who embodies our core values of giving a damn, maintaining velocity, and making the assist. You should be a collaborative leader who is comfortable navigating the fast-paced environment of a fintech startup.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in performance channels, including Meta, programmatic ads, affiliate marketing, and native advertising.
- Proven success in utilizing customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to drive acquisition.
- Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools for attribution and campaign measurement.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary range of $168,000 to $210,000, along with the following benefits:
