What is this role?
We are hiring a Sr. Demand Generation Manager on a full-time, remote basis. The position calls for senior-level experience and reports directly to our VP of Marketing.
What will you do?
- Design, launch, and continuously optimize integrated B2B campaigns across email, SEM, webinars, ABM, social, and paid channels to generate and nurture pipeline.
- Track campaign performance at the KPI level, share insights with sales, and refine programs so qualified leads keep flowing.
- Evaluate and negotiate with media and vendor partners, manage budgets, and lend a hand across other marketing initiatives whenever priorities shift.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least five years of hands-on B2B demand-generation experience and speak fluent English. You are comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast-paced startup, and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get campaigns live. You have proven success using Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and webinar platforms such as Zoom or GoToWebinar. Strong project-management skills, clear writing, and a collaborative mindset are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; familiarity with social-media advertising and creative tools such as Canva or WordPress is a plus.
