What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join us full time in a fully remote capacity. In this role you will own the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline, working closely with sales and customer success teams. Your background in B2B demand generation, email marketing, SEM, webinars, events, account-based marketing, display and social advertising, plus hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads, will be essential. Three key responsibilities include developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads, tracking performance against clear KPIs and continuously improving results, and collaborating with sales to align programs with pipeline goals. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You bring at least five years of B2B demand generation and digital campaign management experience, along with proven skill in Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and webinar platforms such as Zoom or GoToWebinar. Strong project management abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and a data-driven mindset help you turn insights into action. You are comfortable in a fast-paced startup, eager to learn, and passionate about creating equal opportunity in the workforce. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience with social media marketing or creative tools like Canva or WordPress is a plus.
