Sr. Demand Generation Manager at Matik

The role

We are hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager on a full-time, remote basis. In this senior-level position you will report to the Head of Marketing and take ownership of building and scaling the programs that create, capture, and convert demand for our enterprise product.

Core responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day execution of full-funnel campaigns that directly generate inbound meetings and pipeline.
• Design multi-touch customer journeys and run the programs that move prospects from initial interest to closed customer.
• Plan and manage paid media programs, including budget allocation, performance optimization, and ROI reporting.

Skills and experience

• Seven or more years of demand generation or digital marketing experience, with a track record of owning results across multiple channels.
• Experience generating demand for B2B enterprise products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions that optimize performance and guide future investments.
• Hands-on experience managing HubSpot as a core marketing operations platform.
• Fluency in English.
