Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, SEM, webinars, ABM, display, social, and paid channels to build qualified pipeline.
- Track campaign performance with detailed KPI reporting, identify optimization opportunities, and implement continuous improvements.
- Design and run lead-nurturing programs that raise conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
- Test new channels and program formats while evaluating, negotiating with, and managing external media and vendor partners within budget.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-success teams through regular feedback sessions to align programs with pipeline goals and share results.
- Contribute to content ideation that supports lead acquisition and sales acceleration, and provide flexible support across other marketing initiatives as needed.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of B2B demand-generation, digital-marketing, and campaign-management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success delivering consistent, high-quality leads to sales through email marketing, pay-per-click, content marketing, lead nurturing, and social campaigns.
- Hands-on proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or GoToWebinar.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to plan, execute, and report on segment-targeted campaign strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including persuasive copy and calls-to-action.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable program improvements.
- Self-starter comfortable identifying roadblocks, asking for help, and supporting teammates across functions.
- English fluency and a passion for advancing workforce equity.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with social-media marketing and creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or Elementor.
- Prior work securing and managing third-party vendor relationships.
