Softworld, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Solutions Manager to join our growing engineering sales team. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, with opportunities available in our Waltham, Massachusetts office and other locations across the United States. We specialize in providing high-quality staffing, consulting, and professional services, and we need a motivated professional to help us expand our reach and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and strategic lead generation.
- Source and qualify contract and permanent job requisitions while collaborating closely with our internal recruiting partners to ensure we deliver the right talent.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and maintaining strong gross profit margins through expert market knowledge.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in business development and sales, specifically within the contract staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success in creating effective hiring solutions for diverse industries and company sizes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of negotiating service contracts and fees.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
