About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated healthcare experiences that serve both our providers and consumers. You will own the interoperability roadmap, ensuring that our systems for scheduling, registration, service delivery, and payments operate securely and efficiently. This position is a great fit for someone with a deep background in telehealth and a desire to apply their technical expertise to improve mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectural solutions that enhance the entire user journey, from initial registration through to final payment processing.
- Define and build RESTful services and APIs that connect our platform with external healthcare systems to facilitate real-time data exchange.
- Lead the roadmap for our integration capabilities and technical infrastructure to ensure our systems remain scalable and effective as we grow.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in systems architecture and design, with a focus on API integrations and user experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the healthcare industry, ideally in digital health or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing solutions design.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse teams.
Location
This is a remote position. Please note that candidates must be based in the Eastern Time zone to be considered for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. We determine final compensation based on your relevant skills, experience, and education. Our benefits package includes:
