Solution Architect Healthcare Integrations at Hippocratic AI

At Hippocratic AI, we are building the first safety-focused Large Language Model specifically designed for the healthcare industry. Our mission is to enhance global healthcare accessibility and outcomes by integrating deep medical expertise into every interaction. We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Palo Alto, California. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead for our client deployments, helping providers, payors, and digital health companies integrate our AI agents into their existing operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our customers to map out their operational workflows and translate those needs into precise integration specifications and AI conversation designs.
• Architect and document the technical connections between our solutions and various enterprise platforms, including EHR systems, CRMs, ERPs, and population health tools.
• Lead the technical implementation process by designing and deploying scalable AI agents while collaborating with our internal engineering, clinical, and product teams to ensure successful launches.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare product management or technical implementation.
• Proven expertise in integrating with major enterprise EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athena, as well as experience working with payor or digital health platforms.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7v2.
• The ability to bridge the gap between external stakeholder requirements and internal product development.
• Comfort with reading and debugging Python code is highly preferred.
