Role at a glance

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer on a full-time basis. The role is on-site in the United States and calls for someone with senior-level experience who can own complex projects from concept to production.

Your impact

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications that power our AI voice platform across both front-end and back-end codebases.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teammates to turn business requirements into clean, reliable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, set code-quality standards, and conduct reviews that keep our systems fast, secure, and easy to evolve.

What you'll need

We're looking for a senior engineer who brings deep Python expertise and a solid grasp of core software design patterns. You should be comfortable leading open-ended projects, coordinating across teams, and quickly learning whatever new tools the work demands. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment are essential. Experience with any of the following is a plus but not required: Flask, FastAPI, React, HTML, CSS, AWS (EC2, ECR, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Batch, S3), Twilio, WebSockets, REST APIs, Webhooks, ngrok, prompt engineering, machine learning, NLP, LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, TensorRT, DevOps, SQL, Docker, GitHub, Slack, Notion, or Linear.

Perks and compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $30k - $200k. In addition, we offer equity compensation and flexible work hours so you can shape both your role and your schedule.
