You will join Valence, a Series A company backed by Insight Partners, as we bring the first generative AI leadership coach to large enterprises. Our platform is already helping teams at Coca-Cola, Nestlé, General Mills, ServiceNow, AstraZeneca, Experian, and Bristol Myers Squibb work better together, and we are now scaling that impact across the Fortune 500.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with the product team to clarify priorities and translate evolving requirements into working software.
- Write, review, and deploy production code while contributing to the technical architecture and development infrastructure that keeps the platform scalable and maintainable.
- Help shape and execute the technical roadmap, including the design of LLM and machine-learning pipelines that power new coaching scenarios for enterprise customers.
What you'll bring
- Several years of hands-on experience building and shipping software with Python and Django.
- Proven work with AWS services such as Elastic Container Service, Terraform, and managed relational databases, along with familiarity deploying on Heroku.
- Experience leading large technical projects from architecture through delivery, ideally within early-stage B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across time zones in a fully remote setting.
