What you'll be doing

• You will design and scale our AI-native infrastructure, defining how automation integrates seamlessly into traditional enterprise environments.
• You will build secure, high-performance backend services using Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy, ensuring they are ready for deployment across AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes.
• You will collaborate with our researchers and cross-functional teams to translate real-world operational needs into robust platform capabilities while maintaining high standards for system reliability and observability.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Significant experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in backend and systems engineering.
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience building scalable systems.
• Hands-on technical expertise with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• A genuine interest in AI-native development and a commitment to utilizing modern engineering tools in your daily workflow.
• Strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively within our team.
