What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Web Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a leadership-level role for an experienced professional who can orchestrate a cohesive digital strategy that bridges our social media presence with our web platforms. You will be the voice of our brand across all virtual touchpoints, ensuring that our messaging resonates authentically with our audience.
What will you do?
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive social media and digital strategies, including competitive benchmarking and audience analysis.
- Manage the end-to-end creation and publication of content, ensuring that our brand identity remains consistent across Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
- Monitor performance metrics across all digital channels to optimize the user journey, improve engagement, and report on ROI against key performance indicators.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven background in managing digital marketing strategies, ideally within the luxury retail or jewelry sectors. You are a creative thinker who excels at copywriting, content creation, and editing for both photo and video. You should also possess a strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to adapt your communication style to reach specific demographics. Excellent organizational skills and a positive, detail-oriented attitude are essential for thriving in our collaborative environment. Proficiency in English is required.
