We're looking for a project-based Social Media Video Editing to help us create high-performing video content — primarily by repurposing and editing existing assets. You’ll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to bring our brand to life through engaging, social-first content.
This is project based work to apply please submit your previous work.
What will you do

Take raw footage from interviews, podcast-style content, and internal shoots, and edit into short-form videos using CapCut and other relevant tools

Use subtitles, dynamic cuts, b-roll, music, and memes to enhance storytelling and hook the audience quickly

Edit for speed, attention retention, and platform-specific trends — especially for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Select the best angles and soundbites to distill long content into 30–90 second highlights

Work closely with the CMO and content team to align on brand voice, format, and performance objectives

Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt formats accordingly

Occasionally support in organizing or assisting during shoots (optional, if available)
What we are looking for
- Native German speaker with excellent writing skills, and fluent in English – you will be creating content in both languages
- Availability to join shootings in Germany, Italy or Portugal.
- Deep Passion for social media and understanding of what works on Instagram
- Passion for creating content is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, positive attitude
- Creative thinker, able to improvise and spot opportunities
- Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make accurate decisions with a sense of urgency
- Interest in the longevity industry
