We are currently looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to help us shape the future of our brand across global social channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and subscription conversions.
- Lead the end-to-end management of our social media calendar, ensuring content is both strategic and adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of creativity.
- Oversee budget management for social campaigns and provide data-driven reporting to analyze performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize our communication efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in social media marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- A deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific trends, and the ability to produce compelling, original content.
- Proven success in performing market research, competitive analysis, and managing budgets while working with key performance indicators.
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, with experience leading teams of up to 5 people.
- Proficiency in using social media automation and insight software to track and improve performance.
