Since our launch in 2016, we have evolved into a thriving marketplace for fonts and creative assets, supporting a community of over 22,000 active designers. With more than 50 million monthly page views and 8 million registrations, our mission is to fuel the creative process by providing the inspiration and tools designers need to succeed. We are currently looking for a Senior Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to help us shape the future of our brand across global social channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and subscription conversions.
Lead the end-to-end management of our social media calendar, ensuring content is both strategic and adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of creativity.
Oversee budget management for social campaigns and provide data-driven reporting to analyze performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize our communication efforts.

Requirements

At least 7 years of professional experience in social media marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
A deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific trends, and the ability to produce compelling, original content.
Proven success in performing market research, competitive analysis, and managing budgets while working with key performance indicators.
Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, with experience leading teams of up to 5 people.
Proficiency in using social media automation and insight software to track and improve performance.
