Position Summary
Focus Financial Partners is seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This position will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our Corporate and Chief Executive Officer social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote company news. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of social media trends, aligning content strategies with company goals. This role is based in New York, NY.
Primary Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Focus’s mission, values, and core messaging.
· Partner with key internal stakeholders and agencies to create and manage an annual editorial calendar.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, looking for opportunities to join relevant and topical conversations.
· Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms including, primarily LinkedIn, but also potentially Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and develop integrated marketing campaigns.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence is cutting-edge.
· Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with industry professionals.
· Ensure consistency in messages across communications channels, internal and external, by audience
· Conduct social media audits and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
· 4+ year(s) full-time work experience in social media/ content management or similar role.
· Must have experience in the wealth management industry.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
· Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
· Intellectual curiosity and confidence to take initiative.
· Experience in M&Ais a plus.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $95,000- $135,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other reward may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
