What you bring
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team in a full-time capacity. This role is based in New York, NY, and offers a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for elevating our corporate and executive brand awareness through data-driven content strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our core mission and values.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies to manage an annual editorial calendar that keeps our messaging consistent.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using advanced analytics to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and impactful.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least four years of professional experience in content management. We require a candidate with specific expertise in the wealth management industry and a proven ability to run successful social media campaigns. You must be proficient in management tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. We value individuals who are intellectually curious, highly organized, and possess the confidence to take initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be managing relationships across various levels of our organization.
What we offer
We provide a competitive annual base salary range of $95,000 to $135,000, depending on your specific expertise and background. In addition to your base pay, we offer a total compensation package that includes the following:
